Hemp coffee is the new hip trend and if you haven’t tried it yet, you are missing out.  There is nothing better than waking up to the aroma of a high-quality hemp infused coffee to get you kick started in the morning.

Let us guide you through all the hemp coffee benefits so you don’t miss out.  Infusing coffee beans with CBD oil is what’s trending nowadays.

"I, personally, find this a brilliant idea.  I love the fact that I can have my morning cup of coffee and at the same time, I know that I am receiving all the health benefits that come from the roasted hemp".

I don’t know if you are like me, but I am not good at remembering to take a pill, but I am perfectly fine in remembering that I need my cup of Joe!

Whether you are a one to two-cup coffee drinker or you drink coffee all throughout the day, you will be happy to know that you cannot overdose on CBD.   Actually, the more CBD, the better.

You may be wondering how they infuse the beans with CBD.  Great question, because I wondered the same thing.  I thought they infused the bean itself.  It turns out that after the roasting of the coffee beans, that is when the natural oils are expressed and are most active.  This becomes the best time to infuse the CBD oil with the natural oils, creating the roasted hemp coffee.

Hemp Coffee Creamer

Do you have to have creamer in your coffee?  You will be happy to know that there is also a hemp coffee creamer.

If you are one that likes to putz in the kitchen and you want to make your own hemp coffee creamer, check out the recipe below.

Because CBD works with our endocannabinoid system, this is a great way of feeding it daily to ensure that we are firing all of our CB receptors on a continual basis. This is what brings our bodies back into homeostasis.

You will find that some companies use the full spectrum CBD extract.  What this means is, when you are drinking your hemp coffee, you are getting the whole range of the cannabinoids and terpenes that this wonderful plant has to offer.

If you are wondering what terpenes are, terpenes are what give the aromatic and distinct flavors.  Terpenes also bind to the CB receptors in the brain and work with the endocannabinoid system to help with such things as inflammation, sleep, achiness and much more.

Unlike isolated or synthetic cannabinoids, full spectrum hemp oil uses the whole plant.  This allows the cannabinoids to work together in what is called the entourage effect, what is also known as the runner’s high.

But just because it is called the runner’s high, it does not mean that CBD makes you high.  In fact, it is just the opposite.  Hemp is very high in CBD and very low in THC, the psychoactive part.  That is why if you consumed a whole acre of hemp, you would never get high.

That’s what makes hemp infused coffee such a brilliant idea and a simple way to help people get healthy while drinking what they love.

How Many People Drink Coffee?

Coffee is a multi-billion-dollar industry.  In the USA alone, about 83% of adults drink coffee, with an average of three cups a day per person or 587 million cups.  Crazy, right?

That is why it doesn’t stop there.  Not only is there hemp coffee and coffee creamer, there are also coffee cups and coffee filters.  With that much of the great liquid bean being consumed in the USA alone, that would only make sense.

So, if you are a novice to CBD or maybe not familiar with all the health benefits it has to offer, I highly recommend checking it out.
