Hemp Fruit Smoothie Recipe
3 large strawberries
1 banana cut up
1-2 scoops of Hemp Protein
1/4 C. blueberries
1/2 C. milk
1/2 C. ice
1/2 C. yogurt
Blend together the banana, milk, ice, hemp protein and yogurt until slushy. Then add the blueberries and strawberries last for a delicious taste.
